Not your size? Ring resizing, either up or down (up to 3 letter sizes) is complimentary once within 30 days of purchase for all gold rings. Please let us know resizing details in the notes section when checking out.

Please note ring resizing can take up to three weeks to complete. If you require your jewellery by a certain date, please contact us before you place your order to see if this can be accommodated.

All other resizing will require a quotation. If you require a different size please get in touch and our customer service team would be happy to assist you. Ring resizing charges will apply to all sterling silver rings.

For orders within Australia, delivery is provided at a rate of $15 for orders under $100 and free of charge for orders over $100, using Australia Post Express service. This requires signature on delivery and will usually take 2 – 6 working days depending on your location.
Orders are processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days.

International Orders

For international orders, the shipping is based on weight at $45 AUD for orders between 0 and 0.5kg. We use Australia Post Express International. This requires signature on delivery and will take approximately 7 – 12 working days. The 10% Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) will not be charged by Willie Creek Pearls however, please make note that customers are liable to pay their own country’s import duty taxes on receipt of your package. Please ensure you research these duties and taxes and if you are liable to pay them.

Returns Policy

Before your purchase is dispatched to you, the items are personally inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please notify us immediately if your item arrives damaged or in a condition that you are not satisfied with. Ph: +618 9241 6555
For online purchases we will be happy to provide a full refund if the item does not meet your expectation or is not suitable for any reason. Willie Creek Pearls requires you to notify us of any intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. The item and packaging must be returned in its original condition, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Willie Creek Pearls is not responsible for the costs and liabilities relating to the shipping of the return items and is at the risk and expense of the person sending them. If products are repaired or replaced under our guarantee consideration may be given to compensating the purchaser for delivery costs incurred in returning the item.
Our terms dealing with the return of products are not to the exclusion of your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.      
We make all efforts to ensure that the photography of our pearls on the online store is a true representation of the pearl’s virtues. Please bear in mind that all pearls vary in colour, size, complexion, lustre and shape. Being a natural product, pearls may have some natural markings.

Willie Creek Pearls offer a 12-month product guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects. We will repair or replace any goods we sell that have a fault which would not normally be detected at the time of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to appropriate product care not being taken.
