Delivery & Returns Policy

For orders within Australia, delivery is provided at a rate of $15 for orders under $100 and free of charge for orders over $100, using Australia Post Express service. This requires signature on delivery and will usually take 2 – 6 working days depending on your location.
Orders are processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days.
We can assure you that all orders will be dispatched promptly, however on occasion there may be some postal delays that are beyond our control. Please refer to the Australia Post link below for latest updates on delivering to your location:

International Orders

For international orders, the shipping is based on weight at $45AUD for orders between 0 and 0.5kg. We use Australia Post Express International. This requires signature on delivery and will take approximately 7 – 12 working days. The 10% Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) will not be charged by Willie Creek Pearls however, please make note that customers are liable to pay their own country’s import duty taxes on receipt of your package. Please ensure you research these duties and taxes and if you are liable to pay them. 

Returns Policy

Before your purchase is dispatched to you, the items are personally inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please notify us immediately if your item arrives damaged or in a condition that you are not satisfied with. Ph: +618 9241 6555
For online purchases we will be happy to provide a full refund if the item does not meet your expectation or is not suitable for any reason. Willie Creek Pearls requires you to notify us of any intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. The item and packaging must be returned in its original condition, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Willie Creek Pearls is not responsible for the costs and liabilities relating to the shipping of the return items and is at the risk and expense of the person sending them. If products are repaired or replaced under our guarantee consideration may be given to compensating the purchaser for delivery costs incurred in returning the item.
Our terms dealing with the return of products are not to the exclusion of your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.      
We make all efforts to ensure that the photography of our pearls on the online store is a true representation of the pearl’s virtues. Please bear in mind that all pearls vary in colour, size, complexion, lustre and shape. Being a natural product, pearls may have some natural markings.
