All tours including scenic helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions. Willie Creek Pearls reserves the right to cancel or change tours without notice. Willie Creek Pearls shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, delay, loss or damage caused by the provision of, or failure to provide, any services listed in this brochure. Children under 16 years of age must travel with a parent or guardian. Bookings essential for all drive-yourself visitors. Family refers to two adults and two children under 16 years of age. Prices are subject to change. 

Content is captured on tour from time to time by various bodies, for use in promotions. On such occasions, guests will be advised before the tour commences and provided the opportunity to decline inclusion in content being captured.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Willie Creek Pearls endeavours to amend/alter bookings for individuals and groups, however this cannot be guaranteed.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for bookings to be changed or cancelled at nil charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may incur a 100% charge. Cancellations of group bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to avoid fees. Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the private tour price.

Changes to tours are subject to availability.

Willie Creek Pearls will comply with any public health orders made by State and Federal governments that apply to both you the customer and our employees/workplace.
