DELIVERY DETAILS

对于澳大利亚境内的订单，100 澳元以下的订单可享受 15 澳元的快递费，100 澳元以上的订单可享受免费快递服务。送货时需要签收，通常需要 2 - 6 个工作日，具体取决于您所在的地区。

订单在 1-2 个工作日内处理和发送。

我们可以向您保证，所有订单都会及时发货，但有时可能会出现一些我们无法控制的邮政延误。请参阅下面的澳大利亚邮政链接，了解送货到您所在地的最新情况：

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, the shipping is based on weight at $45 for orders between 0 and 0.5kg. We use Australia Post Express International. This requires signature on delivery and will take 7 – 12 working days. The 10% Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) will not be charged by Willie Creek Pearls however, please make note that customers are liable to pay their own country’s import duty taxes on receipt of your package. Please ensure you research these duties and taxes and if you are liable to pay them.

Online Purchases

Willie Creek Pearls 不承担退货运输的相关费用和责任，风险和费用由寄送者承担。如果产品在我们的保证下得到维修或更换，我们可能会考虑补偿购买者因退货而产生的运费。

我们的退货条款不排除您根据《2010 年竞争和消费者法案》享有的法定权利。

In-store Purchases

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Within 14 days, and with proof of purchase, we may offer, upon receipt of the returned goods, a gift card or goods to the same value providing the item and packaging is returned in original condition and unused.
